A marriage of two distinct culinary traditions, combining the techniques and ingredients of European cooking with the herbs and spices of Malayan cuisine. Drawing from a wide range of French, Spanish, Italian and British cooking, we use high-quality ingredients along with precise European cooking techniques to our interpretation of modern European cuisine with a focus on flavour and presentation.
